“Get Into the Spirit” tackled a unique challenge for Hershey during the Halloween season at Ahold, by focusing on engaging the retailer and shoppers earlier to drive conversion all season long. To transform Hershey in the eyes of Ahold and its shoppers from just a Halloween treat to an entertaining staple throughout the season, we aligned with Ahold’s strategic focus and appealed to shoppers’ interest in entertaining ideas. The program was so successful it has become the model to drive occasion-based solutions between Hershey and Ahold during other seasons.
