In addressing our brand’s meaningfulness, we stepped out of the box of the brand products and services. We picked the pressing problem of hate on social platforms which is directly linked to the Telekom’s scope of business and outlined a solution – RESPECT, which – when absent – even top-notch technology cannot bring us together. The communications platform connects the divided society, while enabling us to reconnect with our customers. More than 80% of whom see the topic of Respect as important to communicate.
