SUMMARY
As a young health system, Allegheny Health Network (AHN) faced a 100-year-old top competitor in women’s health with an overwhelming presence in labor & delivery. We researched our target—women in western Pennsylvania—and discovered their health care concerns extended far beyond childbirth. So we built a 360-degree campaign positioning AHN as a caring resource for all of her, all of her life. The campaign generated new patient appointments and total women’s health appointment volume increases that were 250% over goal.
