Choose: your insurance or your doctor. Easy, your doctor, right? That was Highmark’s dilemma. The largest health system terminated its contract, meaning OUR members would no longer have access to THEIR doctors. We had to help people find new doctors, or face significant membership loss. But picking a new doctor is risky. How can you know you will like him or her? Taking a cue from dating, we helped members find the doctors of their dreams – doctors we covered. And not only avoided losses, but significantly exceeded retention goals.
