SUMMARY
Using a deeper understanding at the heart of what drives the McDonald’s business, and how our consumers perceive value, we were able to create a minimalist campaign centred around a simple message that directly led to quick business transformation. Tackling consumers’ frustration with Hong Kong’s overtly complicated value offerings, we provided a no-frills experience: Feelin’ Good. No conditions apply. In the end, we increased brand scores, lifted sales, and grew market share by 10%. Most importantly though, Hong Kongers could finally take value at face value again.
