When stc expanded its devices offerings from smart phones to include smart home appliances, it found itself face to face with tech-appliance giants with well-established category equity and a large number branches allover KSA.
Leveraging our high brand TOM as a telco provider, we decided to shake things up and launch “Expect the Unexpected", a campaign that caught everyone off guard at every digital touchpoint possible, and smartly leveraging stc’s highly rated and well-established e-commerce and delivery channels to beat the competition at their own game.
