For years, Xerox was synonymous with copy machines, but that all changed when they acquired a large consulting company in 2010. Now, the world needed to know that Xerox was a leader in business process outsourcing, not just copiers. Our solution was to create a case study campaign showing what happens when the worlds top companies perform the boring back office stuff that Xerox does for them. Through this, we created the perception of change; business executives were 91% more likely to say Xerox was different from what they expected.
