SUMMARY
For years, Dennys had struggled to make a fresh mark on the restaurant landscape. The brand seemed less exciting and business results suffered. Opportunity arose when Dennys brought to market a limited time offer featuring bacon. The challenge became how to do an LTO in a fundamentally new way that could not only sell product, but simultaneously make the brand relevant again. And so we launched Baconalia, a festival celebrating the primacy of, and passion for, all things bacon. In almost no time Dennys found pop culture and financial success.
