OneTouch Canada was backed into a corner. Tactics by competing blood glucose meters had eroded market share, and shut OneTouch out of its largest retail client. With 66% of all meters placed at pharmacy, winning at retail was the only option. Through a disruptive creative campaign customized for multiple retailers, OneTouch produced record-breaking results. Tapping into the shopper profiles and diabetes programs of each account led to an amazing number of meters being placed and subsequent strip sales that allowed OneTouch to maintain it's category-leading status.
