How do we get people excited to drive and shop IKEA in a market where the perception is that when it comes to IKEA, nothing has changed, and nothing is new. Not to mention that in a city with over 740* home dcor store options, seemingly one on every corner from home, why would anyone even get in the car and drive up to 40 minutes to the IKEA Richmond Store. This is a story of how IKEA Richmond redefined itself in the minds of Vancouverites and attracted more people than ever expected or had done before to their store.
