SUMMARY
Barely one-third of Americans regularly use sunscreen, a massive barrier to sunscreen sales for Walgreens. In order to change behavior and drive sales, we had to break through their complacency. People underestimate the risk of skin cancer and skin damage because they can't see the danger. Using UV technology, we showed it to them, shining a light on the danger they couldn't see. Our efforts reversed a decline in sales and inspired Americans to save their skin.
