In a habit-driven, commodity category, we wanted to get people to actually care about which toilet paper brand they’re using. We took cues from skincare, creating the first-ever intimate skincare regimen of Toilet Paper plus Flushable Wipes that leaves you feeling refreshingly clean. And we convinced people that skincare ‘down there’ matters by highlighting moments when how clean you feel ‘down there’ impacts how confident you feel overall. As a result, we grew share, penetration and equity - and are getting people to not just wipe, but to Downtherecare.
