CenturyLink made the gutsy call to rebrand entirely as Lumen.
Instead of focusing on “speeds and feeds,” the campaign positioned Lumen as the driving force behind an emerging trend, the 4th Industrial Revolution, helping it achieve category thought leadership and connect with audiences on a deeper level.
Since the campaign launched, Lumen is already being seen on the same level as category leaders, like Amazon, in less than two years. Our most recent work has continued to drive brand familiarity and consideration to new heights.
