Our team joined the initiative to help people from a depressed city bordering on warfare to find a dream about the future of their city as the best city to live in. We didn’t vow a promising future. Instead, we provoked people by asking simple questions: “OK, the reality is hard. But what may be next?”. Step by step, applying multichannel instruments and cross communications, we overcome disbelief. We helped people to form a dream about own city in the format of the development strategy for the next 10 years.
