To alleviate these fears, WhatsApp created a campaign showcasing their View Once feature, telling raw, authentic stories from musical artists that resonated with their target audience. By sharing these through Spotify, they utilised a platform where audiences were truly engaged.
This created stronger audience connections, which showed in the results. Audiences increased their belief by +13pts (UK) and +8pts (DE) that WhatsApp's View Once feature keeps their messages private.
