SUMMARY
In 2014, Claro introduced the first internet packages designed specifically for the prepaid segment. The “Superpacks de Claro" came to revolutionize the consumption dynamic in the category, allowing users for the first time to consume their data in a controlled way, for short periods of time and without compromising in the long term. The launch and maintenance of Claro's "Superpacks" greatly exceeded the objectives, including results beyond the seasonality of the campaigns, achieving the re-activation of customers that were not generating revenue, turning them into recurring customers.
