SUMMARY
Breathless Choir was one of those rare campaigns that broke new ground creatively (Grand Prix winner, Pharmaceutical category), while also exceeding all expectations of business and brand impact. The campaign showed that by behaving like the category leader, a brand can become the category leader. Philips claimed the #1 position in the Portable Oxygen Concentrator category despite the previous market leader having a 10-to-1 share of voice advantage. It also delivered an uplift in brand preference, and drove unprecedented levels of engagement in respiratory illness.
