The case is about Vodafone, a major Telecom player, facing a challenge of declining brand love and retention. And what was created to regain consumer's positive sentiment, by developing a retention plan that encouraged brand loyalty. We launched a cross-channel emotional campaign centered around gratitude.
The campaign was supported by a purpose-led Rewards Loyalty Program that aimed to reconnect with the loyal customers. We managed to convert over 30% of the app users and witnessed a remarkable 3-point increase in their Net Promoter Score, effectively solidifying the brand's position.
