As the real estate industry started to recover from a protracted recession, both brokers and first-time home buyers were easily lured away from HUD Home properties. HUD needed a campaign that attracted a consistent pool of new brokers and to position HUD Homes as the perfect partner for delivering first-time home buyers and sales success.
