SUMMARY

In the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis, Bank of the West needed to revitalize its brand to win over a younger generation of customers and compete against the Big Four national banking giants. We found inspiration in the spirit of optimism associated with the American West. Go West became our rallying cry, and helped make the brand relevant to a new audience.
