SUMMARY
The Olympics unite Canadians as they cheer on Canadas biggest hockey goals. Its the equivalent of the World Cup and a major beer-drinking occasion. Budweiser stood for great times but Molson Canadian had the Olympic sponsorship. Given Budweiser was an American brand this would be a major challenge. To win, Budweiser elevated the celebration of Canadas goals literally. Introducing the Red Zeppelin, a massive flying goal light synched to Canadas goals. In 3 weeks, Budweiser regained its number 1 position and achieved 30MM earned impressions (Canadas population is 35MM).
