In a digital era, marketers were losing interest in direct mail, seeing it as an analog and unexciting medium. As a result, both response rates and revenue generated from our mailings plunged to record lows. We had to re-inspire marketers to consider and use direct mail. So we created “Irresistible Mail” – a direct mail demo book – to show how interactive and imaginative mail can be when combined with digital. Marketers re-engaged, and we increased our response rates over 6.5X and revenue over 9X, while achieving 4235% ROI.
