SUMMARY
Big Tobacco gets a lot of the bad press for their deadly, addictive products. It’s deserved, but distributors are also to blame. Especially ones like Walgreens, who are allegedly in the business of health and wellness while selling tobacco—which kills 1200 people every day. Letting their tobacco sales go unquestioned while other pharmacies, like CVS, have doubled-down on consumer health didn’t sit right with us. We set out to instigate change and break Walgreens’ silence and stonewalling. And we did.
