Personal care wasn’t winning fair share of sales at BJs. Members preferred to buy personal care products on Amazon, in drug, mass or from Ulta instead. Because BJs is famous for its customer service, we used BJ’s employees to talk Dove and what it meant to them and their families via video content series during mother’s and father’s day on-line and in-club. Creating strong emotional connections back to brand, getting personal care back on their list and reclaiming share of personal care for BJs while increasing Dove sales by 105%.
