Facing a labor shortage in a historically tight market, Kelly needed to recruit new workers on a tiny budget. Many unhappy workers were still hungover from the last recession and staying put in bad jobs, so we saw opportunity to attract those that didn’t yet realize their market power. Intercepting them wasting time at jobs they hated, we empowered them to find a job that didn’t suck, sending Kelly’s recruits soaring. View rates went up +5.6%, traffic went up +433-533%, and lead conversions went up +7%.
