SUMMARY
What began as a promotion of AHN’s high-quality care became a highly successful campaign across multiple services. AHN is a 13-hospital system providing care across 30+ service lines. Unlike most brands, we have multiple targets, with varying needs and expectations. We had to improve perceptions and volume for all. The #LivingProof campaign drove significant perceptual improvements, engaged millions of consumers, provided an engaging platform to address services from primary care to cancer, women’s health, heart care and more; and propelled patient volume growth every year–exceeding goals and industry benchmarks.
