Consumer vehicle preferences had shifted. The once ubiquitous family vehicle, the minivan, was being passed over in favor of SUV’s by both consumers and automakers. And Chrysler Pacifica was no different. With lagging sales, the brand needed to find a way to re-engage consumers and reintroduce them to the Pacifica’s ingenious family-forward features. By tapping into trending social media and anti-influencer counterculture Chrysler Pacifica was able to rebuild relevance and drive sales upwards of 143%.
