More than half of Americans have been attacked on social media, turning our phones into portals to hate. So we took the most iconic flip phone of all time – the Motorola razr – and gave people experiencing hate the power to #HangUpOnIt. Using the language of social, we armed people to shut down hundreds of types of hate through customized GIFs created from influencer content. With 40.6M GIF views and 2.1M GIF engagements, we effectively engaged people to shut down hate while helping razr find new relevance.
